You should carefully read the following end user License Agreement before installing DMW software programs.

DMW Software includes the following programs; DMW Client Software, DMW Scanner Software and DMW Server-side Software.

By opening the application, downloading DMW Software ("the product"), or using the software (and or any other DMW software) that is contained in this product; you are consenting to be bound by this agreement. If you do not agree to all of the terms of this agreement, click the "cancel" button and the installation process will not continue, and you will not download the product.

DMW End User License Grant:

DMW and its suppliers grant to the Licensee ("Licensee") a nonexclusive and non-transferable license to use the DMW software ("Software") in object code form solely on a single central processing unit owned or leased by the Licensee or otherwise embedded in equipment provided by DMW.

Except as expressly authorized above, the Licensee shall not: copy, in whole or in part, software or documentation; modify the DMW software; reverse compile or reverse assemble all or any portion of the software; or rent, lease, distribute, sell, exploit the Program or any of its parts (including the name DMW) for any commercial purpose or create derivative works of the software.

The Licensee agrees that the software will not be used for commercial usage, including Game Sever Providers, Communities and any Clan wishing to offer it free to other friends or clans, without first purchasing a full commercial GSP licence.

The Licensee agrees that aspects of the licensed materials, including the specific design and structure of individual programs, constitute trade secrets and/or copyrighted material of DMW. The Licensee agrees not to disclose, provide, or otherwise make available such trade secrets or copyrighted material in any form to any third party without the prior written consent of DMW. The Licensee agrees to implement reasonable security measures to protect such trade secrets and copyrighted material. Title to Software and documentation shall remain solely with DMW.

In no event will DMW or its suppliers be liable for any lost revenue, profit, or data, or for special, indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages however caused and regardless of the theory of liability arising out of the use of or inability to use the software. In no event shall DMW or its suppliers' be liable to the Licensee, whether in contract, (including negligence), or otherwise, if the above-stated product fails of its essential purpose.

The above statement also applies to any beta software, any software made available for testing or demonstration purposes, any temporary pre-release software, any software for which DMW does not receive a license fee.

All such software products are provided "AS IS" without any warranty whatsoever. This License is effective until terminated. The Licensee may terminate this License at any time by destroying all copies of Software including any documentation. This License will terminate immediately without notice from DMW if Licensee fails to comply with any provision of this License. Upon termination, Licensee must destroy all copies of Software. DMW hold rights to terminate any Licensee account on failure of complying with any of the conditions and stipulations stated within this agreement, and or inappropriate use or derogatory behaviour, which is seen to demean, or bring the product into false dispute.

Software, including technical data, is subject to European export control laws, including the UK Export Administration Act and its associated regulations, and may be subject to export or import regulations in other countries. The Licensee agrees to comply strictly with all such regulations and acknowledges that it has the responsibility to obtain licenses to export, re-export, or import Software. This License shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, as if performed wholly within the UK boundary and without giving effect to the principles of conflict of law.

If any portion hereof is found to be void or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this License shall remain in full force and effect. This License constitutes the entire License between the parties with respect to the use of DMW Software.

The Licensee acknowledges that the DMW Software is invasive, and understands that the DMW Software will scan the Licensee’s computer with the purpose of capturing the Licensee’s hardware component identification markers and where appropriate the Licensee’s logged IP address and recording those component markers and IP address to identify the user as unique (Pimpkey). The Licensee acknowledges that the DMW software will also scan the Licensee's computer for all DMW Software related files, and files related directly or indirectly to the games being played under DMW. The Licensee also understands that the DMW Software gives the ability for administrators of the DMW Scanner Software, to request at any time, screenshots and/or file hash key snapshots of the related games or DMW Software from the Licensee’s computer, and that the screenshots and/or file hash key snapshots of the related games requested by the administrator will be recorded along with the players playing history including location of game played (server IP address), time game played (DD/MM/YYYY:HH/MM GMT) and game played (game name and game type), which can then be displayed publicly as required.

The Licensee also acknowledges that the recording of the Licensee’s computer hardware component markers to identify the user as unique (Pimpkey) in conjunction with the recording of player’s screenshots and/or file hash key snapshots of the related games can result in the Licensee's subsequent prohibition from using DMW software.

The Licensee acknowledges and accepts that DMW hold the right at any time to prohibit the Licensee from using game servers running the DMW Scanner and/or Server-side Software, and retain the right to distribute the terminated Licensee’s information (Pimpkey Profile and reason for prohibition) on any related DMW website and/or any other related medium.

The Licensee agrees that the invasive nature of DMW software is necessary to meet its purpose to ensure a cheat-free environment for all participants in online games. The Licensee accepts that the DMW software is optional, and no enforcement is implemented in downloading the DMW Software. By downloading the DMW software all the above regulations stipulated in the "DMW End-User License Agreement" come in to effect.

This End-User Licensee Agreement is applicable only to the software contained within this package. Future DMW licence agreements may be altered and or amended at the discretion of DMW.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Licensor and Licensee and supersedes any prior statements, whether written or oral.
